Terms of Reference
 

1. To provide evidence-based trainings on smoking cessation and treatment of tobacco dependence for healthcare professionals in the Region.

2. To develop, test and evaluate models of smoking cessation and treatment of tobacco dependence through research and evidence-based practice.

3. To assist WHO in the dissemination in the Region of information and good practices on smoking cessation and treatment of tobacco dependence, policies and programmes.
