Specified clinics or health centres
Pursuant to Section 2(1) of the Smoking (Public Health) Ordinance (Cap. 371), specified clinic or health centre means a clinic or health centre that—(a) is managed or controlled, whether wholly or partly, by the Government, the Hospital Authority or the Board of Governors of The Prince Philip Dental Hospital; and (b) falls within a type of clinic or a type of health centre (whichever is applicable) specified under Section 2(7);
Pursuant to Section 2(7) of the Smoking (Public Health) Ordinance (Cap. 371), the Director of Health may, by notice published in the Gazette#, specify a type of clinic or a type of health centre for the purposes of the definition of specified clinic or health centre in Section 2(1).
