Disposal bins for alternative smoking products
Starting 30 April 2026, no person may possess a specified alternative smoking product in a public place. Offenders are liable to a fixed penalty of $3,000.
Disposal bins for alternative smoking products will be available for those in need at the following four locations from 1 to 29 April 2026.
